Dear Members,
The Badminton Winter Graded sessions will run for 15 weeks, from Monday 6th January 2025 to Friday 18th April 2025. Sessions will be held from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
*Please note that on Friday 18th April 2025, due to a bank holiday, the session will run from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, in line with club opening hours.
Session membership is available exclusively to WR&FC-graded Full Members (aged 14+). You must be graded at least to the standard of the session you wish to join. For grading information, please contact Head Coach Stuart Wardell at Academy@wimbledonclub.co.uk.

Winter Full Season Fees: £95
Please note that session memberships are limited to a maximum capacity, ensuring a minimum of 10 drop-in spaces so that all graded members, including new members, can access sessions during the season.
Drop-in fee for non-session members (graded club members): £10 per visit
Visitor fee (non-members): £18 per visit. All visitors must be invited or vouched for by the Badminton Head Coach.
Reduced visitor fee to A session for County 1st, 2nd, and 3rd team players: £10 (payable at reception)
Academy players (aged 14+) who have paid their Academy session fees in full can attend graded sessions free of charge (grade to be confirmed by the Head of Academy).
25% discount for full-time students (not applicable to drop-ins), with valid student documentation.
Cancellation Policy:
Upfront payments are non-refundable, unless supported by a valid doctor's note for injury. Drop-in cancellations require 48 hours' notice.
Peg System:
All session players are required to follow the peg system. Full details are available on the notice board by courts 3 and 4. For any questions, please contact the Badminton Committee at badminton.committee@wimbledonclub.co.uk.
If a session is fully booked, please check back at 7:30 pm to see if any spaces have become available. If so, you may pay for the drop-in at that time.
Christmas Period Mixed Graded Pay-and-Play Sessions:
We will also be hosting mixed graded sessions over the Christmas period as follows:
Mon 23/12/2024: 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Fri 27/12/2024: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Mon 30/12/2024: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thu 02/01/2025: 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Fri 03/01/2025: 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm
These are drop-in only sessions:
