A couple of comments on matters to be voted on.
1. There are three candidates standing for election to the two board positions that are available. Here is a link to brief personal statements from each candidate:

Each candidate will also be invited to say a few words at the AGM before voting for directors begins.
2. Agenda item 4 is to "appoint auditors". The board has in recent months put our audit services out to tender. Following review of the responses received the unanimous view of the board is that the best proposal on grounds of both cost and sector expertise was provided by our incumbent auditor Hartley Fowler, and we are therefore proposing that they be reappointed.
