Badminton Team Selection and Captain Guidelines

Dear Badminton members,


We would like to clarify the responsibilities and procedures regarding team selection and the role of our team captains.

Team Captain Duties:

The selection process is led by Stuart and his coaching team. All captains are expected to strictly adhere to these established processes and decisions.

Captains must pick from the squad that is given to them for at least the first match, and changes made only if some players prove too weak or if unavailable.
Under no circumstances must a captain pick players from outside their squad/session unless all members of the squad/session have been asked. Checks will be made following complaints.
