Squash Handicap Tournament - Celebrating Phil's 20th Year at WRFC!
Dear member,
On behalf of the squash committee we are delighted to invite you all to play in the handicap squash tournament on Saturday 22nd June, 2.00-5.00pm. (Please see poster below to see details & how to enter).
We are excited to have earmarked this event to celebrate Phil Rushworth’s 20 years at WRFC!
Being our head of sport for squash, Phil has truly dedicated his time to ensure squash players of all levels can get to enjoy the sport we love here at WRFC.
During his time here, Phil has put WRFC on the map as having the strongest team squash setups in Surrey across both the men’s & women’s teams.
Many junior players have excelled to county, regional & national level through his guidance at the WRFC junior academy sessions, making Phil one of the most well respected coaches in the country.
Following the handicap tournament there will be a presentation in the bar at 6pm where everyone (whether you are playing in the tournament or not!) is welcome to join us for a drink with Phil.
