First Team Squash - Wed 12th Feb @ 7:30pm
Dear member,
The WR&FC squash first team will play their final home game of the 2024/25 Surrey Cup season tomorrow evening.
The visiting team are Surbiton who sit in mid-table of the Surrey Cup. The line-ups below suggest that it is going to be a very close match.
Olli Pett is in wonderful form this season & is entering this match off the back 2 fantastic 3-0 victories over world top 40 player George Parker & former world top 70 Miles Jenkins in recent weeks. He will take on the very skillful Noah Meredith from Sussex who is currently world ranked 202.
Our head of squash Phil Rushworth will also be playing in this match following his first British National Over 40's title from the weekend. He will take on Will Hendon who is the current Norfolk county champion and playing on the world circuit.
We hope that you can make it down to cheer on the team tomorrow evening & enjoy watching world class squash at your club!
