Squash First Team - Wed 20/11
Dear member,
The club's squash first team have another home outing this Wednesday against St Georges Hill of Weybridge. Please see the team line-ups in the image below.
The opposition will bring a very strong team spearheaded by the returning Charlie Lee who has been off with injury since reaching world 46 last year. Former world 102 and now the SGH professional Miles Jenkins adds to the strength at the top of their team, along with current world 183 Will Salter.
Playing at no.5 string for SGH is last year's British Champion Jasmine Hutton, who is currently flying high at world 21 in the women's game.
Wimbledon Racquets are unfortunately without Olli Pett who is away for this fixture & Ronnie Hickling who's injury is worse than first feared and who will be out of action for the remaing fixtures until the new year.
So the first team will be up against it but will be hoping to come out with some crucial points, as they did against TWC last week! It is looking like a battle to avoid relegation this season & we will need your full support in these home fixtures.
