Dear Member,

The following details regarding the duties of session representatives were also meant to be included in the previous email. Please take a moment to review them below.

• Have to be fully paid up session members.
• To be in charge of the smooth running of the sessions.
• To welcome and integrate new members and show them how the peg board works and explain the rules attached to the same.
• To ensure that members adhere to the pegboard rules and deal swiftly with any problems or complaints arising from misuse.
• To be in charge of collecting shuttles from the desk and ensuring that there is no misuse by members.
• You have access to a shuttle cupboard where next week’s knockers can be stored and maybe a spare tube of new shuttles.
• Where and if possible ask members at the end of night to help collect all the old shuttles to be handed in as they are given to the Sat juniors.
• To be the first port of call if a member has a problem.
• To attend the session for most of the night every week so that members know there is someone in charge in case of a problem. Should rare occasions occur where you cannot be present, to clearly appoint someone else to be your deputy for that night.
