We are aware that our membership system does not contain all the information it should. Some members have not provided us with the following information:

Emergency contact details (the name and telephone number of someone you would like us to call in the event you cannot do so yourself).
Do you have any medical conditions?
Do you carry any medicine with you at all times?
Do you have any allergies?
This would be very useful information in a medical emergency, especially if you are unable to communicate with staff.

Please be mindful that since you have joined the Club, your information may have changed, and we ask, therefore, that you keep us updated – and help us to help you!
